Casual Inspections Service

For When You Don’t Need Full Management

We can conduct inspections only, and you get our expertise, experience & advice. You collect your rent and only hire us when you want an inspection.

Inspections are required quarterly with most insurance companies, and failing to do them could result in them not paying out on claims, so using this service may work for you rather than the usual full management service we offer.

We contact the tenant directly to organise the inspections, and you just let them know we will be doing this by cc’ing us into the email you send them. It’s always good to let them know inspections are required for insurance purposes. Two property managers attend every inspection unless there are unforseen circumstances.

We require a key for the inspections.

You will be sent an inspection report with photos and comments via email.

We are also available to conduct lettings, organise drug testing, and any other job you would like on a casual basis.
